Warranty Policy

Rsrteng provides a straightforward warranty  the most hassle-free way possible. Each product has been strictly inspected to ensure that you will not receive defective products. The quality of the product is durable and stable, also it can run well. Even if you encounter the problem product unfortunately, Please do not worry it. Within one year, we will provide free warranty for your products, as long as it is not man-made damage or violent damage. 

Valid proof of purchase:
Order number or order screenshot or sales invoice from purchases made through Rsrteng
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of payment and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
a)Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
b)Buyer’s accidental returns
c)Wrong orders and unwanted items
d)Returning items claimed  it have defects but it is in good working condition confirmed by Rsrteng engineer
e)Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
f)Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:
a)Products without sufficient proof of purchase
b)Lost or stolen products
c)Items that have expired their warranty period
d)Non quality-related issues
e)Free products
f)Items not authorized by Rsrteng have been repaired by a third party
g)Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, Wrong operation)
h)Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Note: We provide warranty and after sales service for products purchased directly from official channels ( WWW.RSRTENG.COM and Amazon Rsrteng). For products purchased from a third party, please contact the third party seller for support. We strongly recommend that you buy from official channels.
