Q: How long does it take to process an order and start shipping?
A: We usually process and ship orders within 4 working days. If it is a bulk order or customized product, it will be subject to agreement between both parties.


Q: How long does delivery United States take?
A: Shipping from US warehouse: 2-7 business days. Shipping from China: 7-15 business days.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Chinese warehouses can be shipped to the worldwide, the United States warehouses shipped to the US only. But we cannot deliver to the following areas:

Q: How will my delivery be shipped?
A: Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Rsrteng products, also may be other carriers, such as UPS, DHL or USPS, etc. We will choose the carrier that best for our customers.

Q: How will be shipped orders from countries and regions outside the United States?
A: For orders outside the US, we will ship from China. If you choose standard logistics, we will use China post, e-packet, special line logistics to send, usually arrive in about 2-3 weeks, some countries and regions may have no postage or delay. If you choose expedited logistics, we will use DHL, FedEx, UPS and other express shipping, usually arrive within 7-15 days.

Q: Do I need to pay import taxes?
A: Items shipping from US warehouses will not caused import taxes. However, items shipping from China may incur import taxes, the exact situation depends on the policies of your country.
NOTE: Any customs taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer need to in charge for the import taxes that may be incurred. You can confirm the package information with us before shipping.

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. But sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Q: How do we fill in the address information for receiving the order?
A: We recommend that you fill in the details address, accurate phone number and your full name, which can ensure fast delivery by the carrier.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is has been sent.
