Warranty requires valid proof of purchase:
Order number or order screenshot or sales invoice from purchases made through Rsrteng
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of payment and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).


Not Covered Under Warranty:
a)Products without sufficient proof of purchase
b)Lost or stolen products
c)Items that have expired their warranty period
d)Non quality-related issues
e)Free products
f)Items not authorized by Rsrteng have been repaired by a third party
g)Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, Wrong operation, Damage caused by incorrect connection)
h)Purchases from unauthorized reseller
i)Items not sold through Rsrteng official channels

For products that are not covered by the warranty, we can provide paid repairs. You can via service@rsrteng.com contact us to inquire about paid repairs, and the specific cost needs to be determined according to the damage.

Note: We provide warranty and after sales service for products purchased directly from official channels ( www.rsrteng.com and Amazon Rsrteng and eBay Rsrteng store). For products purchased from a third party, please contact the third party seller for support. We strongly recommend that you buy from official channels.
